Follow the steps below to sign up for paperless, e-billing statements.

  1. Click “Pay Bill Online” icon anywhere from this site.
  2. Login to your account:
    1. If you have not previously set-up your online account you will need your account number (omit the first 3 numbers in front of dash) and your name as it appears on your billing statement.
  3. Make sure your email address has been verified, if not please do so now.
  4. On your Account Homepage select “My Profile” tab at top of page.
  5. Under “Your Accounts” click on your account number.
  6. Choose your billing preferences.
  7. Click “Submit”.

The “My Profile” tab will also allow you to edit your email address, saved payment information, and add/remove accounts.

*Please be aware that your monthly statement will arrive as an e-bill, but all late fee statements will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.
