Setting Up Service With Us If You:

  • Are moving into a rental home that currently has or does not have water service
  • Just bought a newly built home and water is currently in the builder’s name
  • Have recently purchased a home that was previously owned and need service in your name
  • Are NOT a home builder or developer needing a new water meter installed.

 

How To Start Service:

  1. Find Your Neighborhood Below or, choose “All Other Areas” if yours is not listed.
  2. Click on  “Transfer Service” in the box, then print the form 
  3. Scan & Email the form to the email address provided. We will also need a government issued Photo ID.
    Please include your Photo ID with the email. (It is not necessary to have your new address on the ID)
  4. We will send you an email within 24 business hours with info about your neighborhood, your account number and PIN, your deposit amount, and instructions to pay your deposit online.
  5. Pay your deposit as soon as possible to avoid service interruption!
